The story of the classic magical academy is hard to pass. Moreover, many fans describe this series as Harry Potter with a sword. We can see the mythical setting of an old castle where everyone studies magic but with a sword hanging on their waist.
Three months ago, fans were overjoyed when the first trailer was released for the first time. It was unthinkable that the anime, which has no news whatsoever for two years, only has four months gap before being broadcasted.
Now, we have less than a month before entering summer-slated anime. Yet, the staff released a new trailer for Reign of the Seven Spellblades on June 2, 2023. It revealed more information regarding the anime.
What information can we dig from the latest PV? Read on!

Reign of the Seven Spellblades Trailer
The second PV was released on June 2, 2023. This video has an English subtitle like the previous trailer. This isn’t surprising because Warner Bros is one of the series’ producers.
We have brief animation of what to expect in the first trailer three months ago. But, the second trailer makes it more evident than the first one. The animation looks decent enough to sate the visual elite among the fans.
Aside from that, the PV highlights the darkness this series has. Unlike the first trailer which describes the academy as a flowery place to study magic, the second trailer shows the protagonist’s ulterior motive for enrolling in the academy which is to enact revenge.
The PV also reveals Kujira Yumemi performs the opening theme entitled “Kenka” (Sword Flower), while the ending theme is also performed by Kujira Yumemi feat. Tsumushachi entitled “Aimu”.
The Reign of the Seven Spellblades premieres on July 7, 2023. Tokyo MX and BS11 will broadcast it on TV, while d Anime Store and AbemaTV will stream it online on the same day. Meanwhile, the series will stream on other platforms on July 11, 2023
